(The order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to hand over the possession of petitioner house and key which was taken by the respondent while taking the actual possession of my house under SARFAESI Act 2002.

2.Reply of the respondent enclosed at page No.6 of the typed set of papers shows that a sum of Rs.6,89,084/- is due, whereas the petitioner has contended that the entire amount due and payable to the bank has been settled.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. No costs.
