2. The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, filed a report, wherein it was

indicated that the detenu was arrested in Crime No.206 of 2015 and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai. He was remanded and presently, he is lodged at the Sub-Jail, Kuzhithurai.

3. In view of the report submitted by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, it is evident that the detenu is not in illegal custody.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
