*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The detenu appeared before us. According to the detenu, she was beaten by her husband and as such, she left the matrimonial home. She has preferred a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul. The detenu apprehends that she would be manhandled by the petitioner. She is not prepared to go with the petitioner.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
