ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioner herein from paying the required Court fee of Rs.19,273/- in the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the claim petition was dismissed and that therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file the present petition seeking exemption.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.19,273/- in CMA(MD)SR.No.34329 of 2025 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the required Court fee after conclusion of these proceedings. The Registry is directed to get the proper Court fee at the time of issuing the copy of the judgment.
