This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1025/2019 dated 29.11.2019 on the file of the first respondent

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent represented that already charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C No.8 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodi and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. This Court perused the materials available on record.

4. On perusal of the record it is observed that the very same petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6958 of 2020 before this Court and the same was also dismissed on 12.08.2020 and thereafter this petition has been filed.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already charge sheet was filed and taken on file the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report filed by the first respondent.

6. With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
