[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us from Sakthi Vidiyal Home, 21, Kennet Nagar, Muthupatti East, Madurai 625 003. According to the detenu, she was properly treated by the fourth respondent. The detenu is prepared to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. We have heard the petitioner, who appeared as party-inperson. The petitioner is prepared to take the minor. The minor is handed over to the petitioner.
3. We direct Sakthi Vidiyal Home, 21, Kennet Nagar, Muthupatti East, Madurai 625 003, the fourth respondent herein, to make necessary entries in the Register, taking into account the custody of the minor being given to her father.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
