RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in respect of condition (b) of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1953/2021 dated 16/06/2021 in connection with crime.No.19/2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JEYAKUMARAN.J, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimial Side) of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1953 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1953 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021 with the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He would further submit that the first petitioner is working as a professor in Fathima College, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel the condition imposed on the first petitioner alone is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for modification and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain intact. 4.The petition is ordered accordingly.
