This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, limb and her property, on the basis of the representation dated 04.09.2020. 2.Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that upon the receipt of the complaint dated 05.09.2020, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.533 of 2020, dated 10.09.2020 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. Further, if necessary, the second respondent Police is ready to give necessary police protection to the petitioner.
