Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent made in the proceeding in letter No.Nil/115/2018(1587), dated 08.06.2018, quash the same and directing the 5th respondent to determine the scale of pay of Rs.6101075, to the petitioner in the category of working Inspector Grade II, with effect from 01.07.1987 and also sanction all the attendant 1/3
