To call for the records in Special Case No. 02 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and Set aside the Judgment dated 20.02.2023 and Acquit the accused/appellant of the charges. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3311 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.150 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 20.03.2023 till today, without fail.

CRL MP(MD) No.6876 of 2023 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
