Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the 1st Respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd Respondent for the illegal and unauthorized construction of building in S.F.No.100/17 of Thennampadi Villagae Ilupur Taluk Pudukkottai District at once.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the 1st Respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd Respondent for the illegal and unauthorized construction of building in S.F.No.100/17 of Thennampadi Villagae, Ilupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Mr.G.Muthukaruppan, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the first respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent has put up an unauthorized construction in S.F.No.100/17 of Thennampadi Villagae, Ilupur Taluk Pudukkottai District. Hence, he has come forward with this Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

5. Per contra, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent on instruction would submit that there is no unauthorized construction, as alleged by the petitioner, in the Writ Petition.

6. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
