2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have almost completed the investigation and within short time, they will file the final report. The same is recorded.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.132 of 2022 as quickly as possible, not later than 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
