ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.S.PALANIVEL RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The interim prayer sought is also part of the main relief and therefore, unless and until the main issue is decided, the interim prayer cannot be granted.

Hence these petitions are closed.
