ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that no case has been registered against the petitioners so far and on the basis of the complaint given by one Asan Banu, an enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.553 of 2022. Based upon the undertaking given by both sides, it was closed on the basis of the withdrawal of the complaint by the defacto complainant. So, the matter has now become unnecessary.
