*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married the third respondent and is living with him. The detenu further informed us that she is not prepared to go with the petitioner. She wanted to go with the third respondent and live with him.

2. The petitioner also appeared before us.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
