This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to not to interfere in the money disputes and consequently not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent no.3 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.
3.Since the main petition itself was closed after enquiry, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
