This petition is filed questioning the FIR in Crime No.336 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506 (2) of I.P.C.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the police has completed the investigation and charge sheet is also ready and it is about to be filed.

3. Since the investigation has already been completed, the relief sought for in this petition does not survive any more. Therefore, the petition becomes dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court to challenge the charge sheet to the case, if he is advised so.
