ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 14.05.2020 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of any other Officer or Agency other than the 2nd respondent.

2.Even though the matter has been listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared in person before this Court and would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has now become infructuous since the complaint that has been given by this petitioner has been closed. 3.Recording the submission made by this petitioner, this petition stands disposed of as infurctuous with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned authorities through appropriate proceedings, if so required.
