Respondent Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 herein to produce the body of the detenue before this Court, namely Dhilip Kumar son of the petitioner herein aged about 19 years, who is illegally detained by the 3rd respondent against his wish and set him at liberty.'

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by B.GOKULDAS, J) The second respondent police produced the detenue before us. According to the detenu, he is aged about 20 years, he is a major and he is not in illegal custody. He is not prepared to go along with the petitioner.
