For petitioner : Mr. Veerakumar T For R1 to R3 : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate(Crl.side) O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to execute bailable Warrant dated 01.12.2020 in C.C.No.4 of 2020 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Muthukulathur, and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Muthukulathur, to complete the trial within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Report has been called for from the trial Court as to whom the warrant is issued. The report submitted by the trial Court by the letter dated 24.05.2023, stating that the bailable warrant was issued to be executed by the second respondent herein.

3. Even though the third respondent is present before this Court, warrant has to be executed by the second respondent. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to execute the above said bailable warrant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After producing the above said accused, the trial shall be 2/4

completed within a period of three months thereafter.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
