*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu, by name Sathisini and her son - Rogith before us.

2. The detenu informed us that on account of certain misunderstandings with the petitioner, she left the matrimonial home and has been residing with her parents, the respondents 3 and 4 herein and his brothers, the respondents 5 and 6. The detenu is prepared to go with the petitioner.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
