[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this contempt petition, he has withdrawn the main writ petition on 05.10.2023 and therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition as the alleged willful disobedience in this contempt petition is to the interim order passed in the above writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, this contempt petition is closed.
