PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of his representation to the respondents 1 to 3 dated 03.05.2021.

O R D E R
This petition is filed to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of his representation dated 03.05.2021.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9380 of 2021 C.P.No.1473 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner was called for attending the enquiry on 16.07.2021. But, he did not appear, whereas the respondent appeared and gave a statement to the effect that the petitioner received loan amount from the private respondents to meet out his family expenses and later he faulted to repay the same. Only to safeguard his interest, the complaint has been given. Since the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry, it was closed.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner himself did not appear before the enquiry officer to complete the enquiry and it was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If any necessity arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the third respondent for appropriate remedy. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
