Considering the limited scope of the prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law after giving prior notice to the petitioner as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
