ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on her complaint the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.

3. When this case is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and one Amirtham. Both sides have filed suits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ against each other which are pending before the court below. Notwithstanding the pendency of the suit, the said Amirtham and the

third respondent acted illegally and threw the petitioner out of the house. The petitioner gave a complaint to the first and second respondents in this regard on 18.05.2015 but no orders have been passed.

4. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the petitioner's representation, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry after hearing the petitioner, the third respondent and the third party by name Amirtham and pass appropriate order, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
