This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.05.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the prosecution would submit that the complaint was forwarded to Kuzhithalai Police Station and after conducting an enquiry, they closed the complaint. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No further order is necessary in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
