O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married a person, by name, Praveen Kumar and she has been residing with him at Coimbatore. The detenu is not willing to go with the petitioner.

2. We have also examined the petitioner, who appeared as party-in-person.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
