Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, in E.P.No.26 of 2021 in O.S.No.279 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main Execution Petition itself was dismissed by the Executing Court on 23.08.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
