O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 13.12.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21336 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has entered into a compromise with the private respondents therein and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
