*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu, by name, Karuppasamy, before us. According to the detenu, he eloped with a girl, by name Chithirai Selvi and has been residing with her.
2. We have examined the petitioner also.
3. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
