This application has been filed to call for the FIR on the file of the first respondent police, the BHEL Police Station, Trichy in Crime No.107 of 2015 and to quash the same as against this petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, dated 26.11.2015 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.244 of 2018.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
