ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C in Crime No.15 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The main offence is punishable only upto seven years imprisonment. More than 60 days have been gone by. The final report is yet to be filed. Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to move the Jurisdictional Magistrate for a statutory bail.
