[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner appeared before us. She informed that her husband was attacked by the third respondent and his men and the same is resulted in registering a case by the second respondent Police in Crime No.61 of 2016. According to the petitioner, no action was taken by the Police thereafter.

2. The second respondent produced the detenu before us. She informed us that she is living with the third respondent.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
