Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body of the detenu before this Court, namely, Dharani, Daughter of the petitioner herein aged about 19 years, who is illegally detained by the third respondent against her wish and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The detenu appeared before us on 27.07.2016. We have passed the following order:- "The learned counsel for the third respondent filed a memo for the purpose of taking up this matter out of turn.

2. The matter was taken up at 04.20 PM. The learned counsel for the petitioner informed us that the petitioner could not appear before this Court, as he is presently at Seerkazhi attending a condolence function. The learned counsel wanted this matter to be posted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.07.2016.

3. The detenu appeared before us along with the third respondent, who is stated to be her husband.

4. Post the Habeas Corpus Petition on 28.07.2016".

2. The petitioner appeared before us today.

3. The detenu informed us that she wanted to go with the third respondent.

4. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
