O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.06.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for extension of the license period.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is seen from records that the license was cancelled by the respondent and the same is a subject matter of challenge in W.P.(MD).No.6387 of 2020. This Court had entertained the Writ Petition and has granted an order of interim stay on 02.06.2020. When this Writ Petition is pending, the petitioner is seeking for extension of her license period. Such a relief can be sought for only based on the ultimate result in the pending Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.6387 of 2020 and an independent Writ Petition cannot be filed in this regard. It is therefore left open to the petitioner to await the final orders in the pending writ petition and seek for the necessary directions.
