O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.140 of 2019, on the file of the sixth respondent to some other independent or specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Trichy District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the case was transferred from the file of the fifth respondent to sixth respondent and thereby, the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy on 13.11.2019.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there are allegations made against 13 accused, the respondent police have only charge sheeted against five persons.

4.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the concerned Court challenging the final report in accordance with law. No costs.
