ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.06.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.25677 of 2022 wherein this Court has directed the authorities to consider the request of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass order within a period of six weeks.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the third respondent in the writ petition on 04.08.2025 rejecting the request of the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment primarily on the ground that the petitioner was a minor when an application was made.

3. Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.08.2025, if he is so advised.
