Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in No.9358/Tha Ku 2/21 dated 01.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2021 and granting emergency leave to her brother Anand, S/o.Vedamuthu, convict prisoner CT.No.5548 on parole terms for the period of 7 days without being escorted by police.

This writ petition is dismissed as infrucuous in view of the fact that the emergency leave sought by the petitioner has already granted by this Court, vide order, dated 20.07.2021 and the brother of the petitioner, Anand, S/o.Vedamuthu, life convict prisoner CT.No.5548, had the privilege of emergency leave for six days from 20.07.2021 to 25.07.2021, to attend the funeral of his mother. No Costs.
