PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer of all the revenue records including UDR in the name of the petitioner's father in law namely Naina Mohamed S/o, Sekumiyan Ambalam that the same was falsely classified as Government Purampokku land to the extent of 50 cents vide Registered document No.247/1958, dated 21.02.1958 with to the extent of 10 1/4

acres 70 cents vide Registered Inam Settlement Document No.245/1958, dated 21.02.1958, totally to the extent of 11 acres 20 Cents in Survey No.20, North Illayankudi, Illayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation on 05.07.2021, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 05.07.2021 and to correct the mistake that was committed during the UDR and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. The husband of the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition before this Court in WP(MD)No.16357 of 2018 and this writ petition was disposed with a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation and to take action. Accordingly, the enquiry was conducted by the Tahsildar and through proceedings dated 20.10.2018, the relief sought for by the husband of the petitioner was rejected. This was not put to challenge by the husband of the petitioner or the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Court cannot once again issue directions for the very same cause of action. In light of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
