Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to remove the encroachments made in the Krishna 2nd street situated at Town Survey Number 67, Ward No.22, Kochadai, Madurai based on the petitioners representation dated 04.11.2016 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honble Court.

the file of this Court.

It is averred in the petition that the husband of the petitioner has been arrayed as one of the respondents in WP(MD) No.24647 of 2016 and subsequently after passing the order, he passed away and for the purpose of filing Review Application, the present petition has been filed.

On the file of the respondents, counter has not been filed. Considering the reason given in the petition, the present petition can be allowed.

In fine, this petition is allowed.
