The order in CRP(MD)No.2316 of 2023 dated 09.08.2024 passed by me was a consent order. Shri.Anthuvan Lawrence, the father in law of the complainant was present in person before me. I heard him and only thereafter, I passed the order. Therefore, the question of reviewing the same does not arise at all. This application is not maintainable. It stands dismissed. However, the court below shall not insist on the personal appearance of the applicants 2 to 4 unless it is absolutely necessary and imperative.
