ORDER

This review application is filed by the defendant in the suit which was decreed in exparte on 11.10.2013. For setting aside the said ex parte decree, there was a delay of 263 days. The petitioner had filed a petition in I.A.No.170 of 2014 for condoning the said delay. The trial Court, after elaborate discussion, had dismissed the said petition holding that the defendant had deliberately delayed in filing the set aside petition. A revision was filed against the same also met with the same fate. Now, the review application is filed pointing out that there is a typographical error in the order in paragraph Nos.1 and 6, wherein it is stated that ex parte decree was passed on 11.07.2013 instead of 11.10.2013. Other than that there is no error apparent on the face of the record. Hence, the review application is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
