ORDER
This Court, by order dated 23.09.2021, disposed of the writ petition in WP.(MD)No.11910 of 2021, directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's latest representation dated 09.06.2021 seeking to implement the proceedings of the learned Administrators dated 27.09.2019 with respect to the payment of salary for the disputed period and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said direction was not complied with, within the time stipulated by this court, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition. 2/4
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by this court, the second respondent has passed the order dated 22.07.2022, which is under challenge in W.P.(MD)No.9732 of 2023 and is pending consideration and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition.
