ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 19.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(i), 4(1-A) of TNP Act r/w.6 and 7 of TamilNadu Rectified Spirit Rules 2000 seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
