This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2917 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.
2. Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to financial crisis, the petitioner was unable to arrange the sureties in time. Accordingly, he seeks further time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2917 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.
