*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that he went to Theni in search of an employment. The detenu is prepared to go with the petitioner and resume the cohabitation.

2. We have examined the petitioner also.
