2. Mr.S.Vishnuvardhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to arrange the sureties in time. Accordingly, he seeks further time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1199 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and time is extended till 23.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.1199 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.
