The petitioner sought for permission from the respondents by way of her representation, dated 13.04.2015. Since it was not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2015.

Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third party, who is said to be interfering with the rights of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
