O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to produce his brother Rajesh, son of Thangarasu, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his brother / detenu was found missing from 01.07.2020 and despite lodging of a complaint and registration of a case in Crime No.359 of 2020, no action was taken by the official respondents. It is the further case of the petitioner that the third respondent has detained his brother / detenu illegally.

3. Today the detenu Rajesh appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing. On enquiry, the detenu informed that he is now working in a Fast Food Centre at Thiruppattur and he is living happily. Further, the detenu informed that he is not unlawfully detained by the third respondent as alleged by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the statement of the detenu, the habeas corpus petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) // True Copy // / /2020 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) Note :
