ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 5(1), 6 POCSO Act in crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that case was registered in crime No.487 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 5(1), 5(j)(ii) and 6 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
